Office Assistant
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Book travel arrangements for staff when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this part-time position.
