Industrial Architect - Almada, Portugal



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to safety and building regulations. You must have a strong understanding of architectural principles and possess technical knowledge in areas such as construction materials, structural design, and building codes.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation, visa sponsorship, and travel tickets will be provided for non-local candidates. This position is suitable for male candidates with prior experience in industrial architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and propose design solutions
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs and provide recommendations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure the project is carried out according to design plans
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
