Land Surveyor

We are hiring an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and be familiar with using surveying equipment and software. They will also have excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Prepare legal descriptions of surveyed areas for property deeds or leases
- Maintain accurate records of surveys and related information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
