Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Eschen. They will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and managing the restaurant's budget and expenses. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service abilities. They should also have knowledge of food safety regulations and be able to handle any issues or complaints that may arise. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage inventory and ensure supplies are ordered in a timely manner
- Create schedules for staff members and delegate tasks as needed
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and menu items
- Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Monitor budget and expenses to meet financial goals
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
