Plasterer for Construction Company in Utena, Lithuania

We are a leading construction company in Utena, Lithuania seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and covering them with protective devices such as tarps or plastic sheeting
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific instructions or formulas
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using hand tools or machines
- Smooth and level plaster using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Create decorative textures or designs in the plaster if required
- Repair cracks or holes in existing plasterwork
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used for plastering

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or diagrams
- Basic knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights if needed
- Attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Nationality preference: Lithuanian
