Machine Operator

We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Shan. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machines to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main duties will include inspecting parts, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience operating machinery and be familiar with different machine types and functions. You must also have strong technical skills and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as well as the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (e.g. lathes, milling machines) according to specifications
- Operate machines to produce parts within required tolerances
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong technical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if required
