Senior Architect - Porto, Portugal


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and meet client specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for each project
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Porto, Portugal.

Preference:
Portuguese candidates are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
