Remote Senior Architect (Porto, Portugal)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects. This is a remote position, with the opportunity to work from anywhere in Porto.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for each project
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all work is completed according to the plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review building codes, regulations, and zoning laws to ensure compliance with all necessary standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Architect, preferably in a senior or leadership role
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one


Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
