Hotel Sales Manager (Indian Candidates Preferred)
We are a reputable hotel in Akron seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as proven experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Train and supervise sales staff to achieve their targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Indian nationality preferred
