Land Surveyor - Balzers, Nepal


We are currently seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Balzers, Nepal. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries and assist with the development of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using a variety of equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports for clients
- Create accurate maps and drawings using survey data
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey data for construction projects
- Verify the accuracy of existing survey data and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Maintain proper documentation of all surveying activities
- Adhere to safety guidelines while conducting surveys in various terrains

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Familiarity with surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and maps
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
