Job Title: Python Developer for Biometric Passport Scanner in Braga, Portugal


We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for our biometric passport scanner. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions for our biometric passport scanner using Python programming language
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project success
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during development or testing phases
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding best practices
- Continuously improve software performance and functionality through regular testing and code reviews
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to incorporate into our software solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role
- Experience with biometric systems and/or passport scanners is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Python programming language with knowledge of related frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript would be an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Location:
This position is located in Braga, Portugal. Relocation assistance is not provided so we prefer candidates who are already based in Braga or willing to relocate at their own expense.
