Driver Supervisor

We are hiring a Driver Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of drivers in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have experience as a driver and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of drivers, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods and passengers
- Develop and implement schedules for drivers, taking into consideration traffic conditions and delivery deadlines
- Train new drivers on company policies and procedures, as well as safe driving practices
- Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of driver hours, routes taken, and vehicle maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to transportation services
- Conduct regular safety meetings with drivers to promote safe driving practices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a driver
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of Omani traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
