We are hiring a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Vilnius. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete to specific project requirements. This is a contract position suitable for Malayalees, foreigners, and English speaking individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the worksite by setting up scaffolding, covering the area with plastic sheeting, and installing reinforcement bars.
- Mix concrete according to project specifications.
- Pour concrete into designated areas using wheelbarrows or pump trucks.
- Smooth and level the surface using hand trowels or power tools.
- Cut and shape concrete using saws or chisels.
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring.
- Clean tools and equipment after use.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of construction principles.
- Biometric passport preferred but not required.
