Blast Furnace Operator

As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of a blast furnace to produce molten metal. This includes monitoring and adjusting temperature, pressure, and flow rates, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of the furnace. Additionally, you will be required to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

To excel in this role, you should have experience working in a blast furnace or similar industrial setting. You must also possess strong technical skills and the ability to operate complex machinery. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will also have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month, with opportunities for overtime pay. Accommodation will be provided for non-local applicants. This is an urgent position that requires someone who can start immediately.
