Preservation Architect

We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting research, creating preservation plans, and overseeing the execution of preservation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on the history and architectural significance of buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to historical guidelines and regulations
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the successful execution of preservation projects
- Monitor and assess the condition of historical buildings and make recommendations for necessary repairs or restorations
- Collaborate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits for preservation projects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Ensure that all preservation work meets safety standards and follows ethical practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university
- Proven experience in the restoration or preservation of historical buildings or structures
- Strong knowledge of historical architectural styles, materials, and techniques
- Excellent research skills with the ability to gather information from various sources
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.

Visa Sponsorship:
We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Lahore.
