Architectural Technologist - Almada, Portugal



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for working closely with our architects and engineers to develop technical drawings and plans for construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project design
- Assist in the selection of materials and finishes for projects
- Ensure all designs meet building codes and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on international projects. We are willing to provide accommodation for the right candidate who is relocating from another country. Visa sponsorship may also be available for non-EU citizens.
