Office Assistant
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Manama. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an office setting, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct department
- Managing and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
- Keeping track of office expenses and preparing expense reports
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Updating and maintaining company databases
- Organizing and filing paperwork, documents, and digital materials
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary: 1000$ per month
Location: Manama (accommodation not provided)
Working hours: Full-time
Experience: Prior experience in an office setting is required.
Nationality/Visa: Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
