Restaurant Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a restaurant, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and budget.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menus or make changes to existing ones.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Nepali is a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $1100 per month (salary negotiable based on experience)
