Restaurant Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of staff, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing marketing strategies to increase business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes to maintain high standards.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Malayalam is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of marketing techniques to attract customers.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Salary: 1400$ per month
