IT Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology systems. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's information technology systems.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, working quickly to find solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure the security of all company data and systems by implementing appropriate measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide support in implementing solutions.
- Monitor IT budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in IT management
- Strong understanding of current technology trends and advancements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of network administration
- Experience with database management
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices
- Ability to stay calm under pressure

Salary: 1000$ per month

City: Vianden (preference for local candidates)
