We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to cut and join metal parts for various projects. Your main duties will include reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and welding components together using various techniques.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of different welding methods, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. You must also possess physical strength and stamina to work in various positions for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and cut metal materials according to specifications
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, or arc welders
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain welding equipment and tools
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, or arc welding techniques
- Physical strength and stamina to work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
