Land Surveyor

We are a reputable construction company seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, preparing topographic maps, and providing accurate measurements for construction projects. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and levels
- Interpret survey data and prepare accurate reports of findings
- Create detailed topographic maps using survey data
- Identify property boundaries and mark them with stakes or other markers
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate measurements for construction projects
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure they are properly calibrated
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS receivers, total stations, and levels
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Beer-Sheva but we welcome applicants from all over Pakistan who are willing to relocate on their own.
