Canadian Chef in Shan


We are seeking a skilled Canadian Chef to join our team in Shan. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. Your role will also involve managing the kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and creating menus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, entrees, and desserts
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards
- Monitor food stock levels and order ingredients as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety protocols
- Create new menus or modify existing ones to meet customer preferences or dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen environment
- Knowledge of Canadian cuisine and cooking techniques is essential
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Shan, Myanmar (Preference for Canadian nationality but open to other nationalities with relevant experience)
