Job Title: Plasterboard Worker

As a Plasterboard Worker in the beautiful city of Faro, you will be responsible for installing and finishing interior walls and ceilings using plasterboard. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting plasterboard, securing it to walls and ceilings, and applying joint compound to create a smooth finish. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in plasterboard work is required, as well as the ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools.

Your responsibilities as a Plasterboard Worker will include:

- Measuring and cutting plasterboard to fit walls and ceilings
- Attaching plasterboard to walls and ceilings using nails, screws, or adhesive
- Applying joint compound to seams between sheets of plasterboard
- Sanding down joints and applying additional coats of compound for a smooth finish
- Repairing any damaged areas or imperfections in the plasterboard
- Reading blueprints or other specifications to determine layout of materials
- Using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and saws
- Operating power tools such as drills, saws, and sanders
- Ensuring all work is completed according to safety regulations

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in plasterboard work or related field
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent measuring skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to adhere to them at all times
- Proficient in using hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
- Familiarity with power tools such as drills, saws, sanders, etc.
- Physical stamina for standing, kneeling, bending for extended periods of time
