We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Balzers. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, create detailed plans and specifications, and manage the construction process to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. In addition to technical skills, you must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture. Proficiency in relevant design software is also required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. Malayalees with relevant experience are preferred for this role. English language skills are not required but would be considered an asset. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this position.
