Job Title: Contract Surveyor in Porto, Portugal


Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Surveyor to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures to determine property boundaries and provide accurate data for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Measure and record property boundaries, topographical features, and existing structures
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, reports, and drawings
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and deadlines
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying tasks
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while working on site
- Keep detailed records of survey data and produce reports as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this contract position. In addition to the salary, we also provide accommodation and cover the cost of visa fees and flights for all nationalities.
