Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ar-Ruwais. As a manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Create and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with other managers to develop new menu items or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Previous experience working in restaurants in Ar-Ruwais
- Fluency in English
