Excavator Operator
Location: Clairvaux, France


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment at various construction sites, performing tasks such as excavation, loading and unloading materials, and backfilling. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to perform tasks such as digging trenches, excavating foundations, and moving materials
- Load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket or other attachments
- Backfill excavated areas to ensure proper compaction
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate with other construction workers on site to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance checks and repairs as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating the excavator

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of different types of excavators and their capabilities
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Attention to detail in order to avoid damaging underground utilities or other structures

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per week for this contract position.
