Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, suitable for men with experience in office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Greet and assist visitors
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Coordinate with other departments for administrative support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
