We are searching for an experienced and creative Florist to join our team in Balzers. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be in charge of maintaining the freshness and quality of our flower inventory, as well as managing customer orders and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to customer requests and occasions.
- Maintaining the freshness and quality of flowers by watering, trimming, and removing wilted blooms.
- Managing customer orders and inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Assisting in inventory management by ordering new supplies when necessary.
- Collaborating with event planners and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of floral arrangements for events.
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design to provide unique and innovative creations.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a florist or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions.
- Creativity and strong design skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training in floristry or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as weddings or events.
- Multilingual abilities (English, Hindi) would be an advantage.
