Foreign English Speaking Painter in Moscow

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreign English Speaking Painter to join our team in Moscow. As a painter, you will be responsible for painting and finishing surfaces of various structures and buildings according to the specific instructions and requirements. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, or filling holes and cracks
- Select appropriate paint or mix colors according to specifications
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Erect scaffolding or set up ladders to perform tasks above ground level
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection during painting
- Fill cracks and holes with putty, plaster, or other fillers
- Smooth and prepare surfaces for finishing coats using sandpaper or other materials
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in both residential and commercial settings
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of different painting techniques
- Good physical stamina
- Attention to detail
- Valid work permit for Russia
