Administrative Assistant for Contract Position in Braga, Portugal
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Braga on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Assisting with the preparation of documents and presentations
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements and reservations
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Liaising with internal teams and external clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role

Salary: $1200 per month
