Job Title: Facade Specialist


We are hiring a skilled Facade Specialist to join our dynamic team in Svalbard. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we welcome applicants of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan the exterior facades of buildings based on client requirements and specifications
- Select appropriate materials and techniques for construction
- Oversee the installation and construction of facades
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the structural integrity and safety of facades
- Identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure quality and timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facade Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
