Part-Time Architectural Designer



We are in need of a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Porto. As a part-time designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans, blueprints and drawings for various projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that our projects meet all necessary standards and regulations while also meeting the needs and preferences of our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers to create architectural designs that align with project goals
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering programs to create accurate and detailed designs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Analyze building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their ideas into designs
- Prepare detailed drawings of plans, elevations, sections, and details using computer software
- Present design proposals to clients for approval

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

Salary: $1400 per month (based on experience)
