Land Surveyor



This position is for an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Moscow. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating maps and reports, and providing accurate data for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to establish property boundaries using specialized tools and equipment
- Analyze survey data, including measurements, calculations, and field notes
- Prepare detailed maps, charts, and reports based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey information for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to land surveying
- Keep accurate records of surveys conducted and maintain up-to-date knowledge of surveying techniques and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using electronic distance measuring devices (EDMs) and Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month. We also offer other benefits such as accommodation.
