We are searching for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our team in Lisbon. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various methods, such as cold-calling, networking events, and social media
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales performance

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but a passion for sales is a must
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to legally work in Portugal
