Office Manager

As the Office Manager for our company in Nairobi, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office. Your duties will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. You will also be responsible for handling communication with clients and vendors, organizing company events, and assisting with human resources tasks such as recruitment and onboarding. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have prior experience in office management, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. We are open to considering candidates from Pakistan or other foreign countries who are looking for English-speaking part-time jobs with accommodation and visa sponsorship opportunities.
