Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team in Dukhan. Your main duties will include managing office operations, handling correspondence, maintaining files and records, and coordinating meetings and events. You will also be responsible for assisting with budget management, managing office supplies, and providing support to other departments as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is also required. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain records and files accurately
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Assist with budget management
- Order and manage office supplies
- Provide support to other departments when needed
- Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. This is a full-time position based in Dukhan. Accommodation is not provided, but visa sponsorship can be arranged for non-native speakers.
