Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Shan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design and planning to construction and completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of project design concepts and oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues or conflicts, and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors as necessary
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Shan (Indian/African candidates preferred)
