Architecture Manager - Shan, India


We are a leading architecture firm based in Shan, India and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure efficient project delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Review architectural plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and contractors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month along with benefits such as free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket. This is a full-time position but we also welcome part-time candidates who meet the requirements.
