Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a hotel sales manager, your main responsibility will be to drive sales and increase revenue through the implementation of effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential business opportunities
- Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the hotel's services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination in delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure all sales activities are aligned with the hotel's brand standards and values
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
