Sales Manager (Faro, Portugal)



We are a fast-growing company in the Faro region of Portugal and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success as a Sales Manager in a similar industry or market
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken)

Salary: $900 per month (plus commission)
