We are in search of a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training and motivation to ensure their success
- Identify potential new clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and increase market share
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote company products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
