Sales Manager - Triesen, Liechtenstein
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products or services.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support when needed.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment on company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards success.
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Preferred:
- Experience working in the Philippines market or with Filipino clients/customers.
- Ability to speak Filipino/Tagalog is an advantage but not required.
We offer a competitive salary package of $900 per month plus commission. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for international candidates.
