We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning for various projects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as collaborating with clients and other team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings according to client requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans accurately
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with accommodation. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
