Electrician for Residential Properties in Clairvaux

We are a reputable property management company in Clairvaux seeking experienced Electricians to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our residential properties. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including wiring, lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of work performed.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and building codes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Electrician.
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary: $1600 per month + accommodation.

Preference will be given to candidates who are Egyptian or Kenyan nationals. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. No English proficiency is required for this position.
