Collections Agent


We are seeking a Collections Agent to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from delinquent accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with delinquent accounts and negotiate payment plans
- Monitor payment arrangements and follow up with customers as needed
- Update account records and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and disputes
- Generate reports on collection activities and progress
- Comply with all legal requirements related to debt collection
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Proven experience in collections or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
$1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Dubrovnik, Croatia (candidates must be willing to relocate)

Employment Type:
