As an online consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main role will be to assist clients with their queries, provide product information, and troubleshoot any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat or phone
- Provide product recommendations and information to clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required

Working Conditions:
- Part-time position (20 hours/week)
- Flexible working hours

Salary:
1500$ per month (based on 20 hours/week)
