Indian Restaurant Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare daily financial reports and manage budget effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Siauliai

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
