We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with chefs to develop menu offerings and ensure food quality meets our standards
- Monitor food costs and ordering to maintain efficient inventory levels
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Must have legal authorization to work in Siauliai without sponsorship
